Proposal- Due 3/19
Students should choose a project and write a proposal. –
- Is the project something that can be measured
- Can they conduct three trials of the same experiment
- Can they identify the variable
- What is needed to do this project
- Is it realistic (example- does it mean that they have to fly to Mexico?)
- Why are they interested in doing the project
Background- Due 3/26
- What research can be found about this topic?
- Make sure that at least 5 sources are used and noted correctly (do not accept google as a source!)
Question & Hypothesis, Materials- Due 4/9
- Question must demonstrate a direct comparison
- Hypothesis must be stated with a because
- All needed materials must be listed and gathered
Experiment , Data Table, Conclusion & Abstract- Due 5/21
- Three trials
- Data table of results
- At least 3 pictures must be taken of the experiment being conducted
- Looking at your data what is your conclusion?

o A five paragraph essay
